Как можно так, любить себя?

Как будто ты свинья

Питаешься, остатками с гнильцой

Ты думаешь что переваришь это

Но постой?

Ты хочешь лишь бездумно потреблять

Ты хочешь перестать

Какой-либо вкус ощущать

Да. Любовь иногда тяжела

Она требует чувствовать

Суть глубоко, до конца

Ощущать эту мерзость

Что таишь внутри себя

Доставать

И огню жизни, воде, земле

Ее придавать

Чтобы хотя бы

Прикоснуться а может быть, достать

Чистоты глоток полный

Освободить, себя

От животных привязок

Ума

Преобразить все, алхимизировать

Внутри себя

Чтобы любить

Каждый день

Каждый вдох и выдох

Себя.

И тогда, ты почувствуешь

Каждого, каждого

Вокруг себя.

How can you love yourself like this?

As if you are a swine

You feed on scraps with rot

You think you will digest it

But wait?

You only want to mindlessly consume

You want to stop

Feeling any taste at all

Yes. Love is sometimes heavy

It demands that you feel

The essence deeply, to the end

To sense this filth

That you hide inside yourself

To reach for it

And to the fire of life, water, earth

Give it over

So that at least

You might touch, or maybe grasp

A full gulp of purity

To free, yourself

From animal attachments

Of the mind

To transform everything, alchemize

Inside yourself

So as to love

Every day

Every breath in and breath out

Yourself.

And then, you will feel

Everyone, everyone

Around you.
